Renewals and plan changes create a seven-day quote. Use an enabled manual payment method, then submit the transaction reference for review.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current term. Existing data is kept: you can view, export, or delete it, but creating new records is blocked while usage exceeds the lower plan quota. Paid-only services stop when the downgrade takes effect.
