Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 16 July 2026.
Racinage helps families organize trees, albums, events, projects, documents, finances, historical stories, public sharing, APIs, and notifications. By using Racinage, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials.
- You are responsible for the people you invite, the permissions you grant, and actions taken from your account.
- You must not use Racinage to publish illegal, abusive, misleading, or privacy-invading content.
Family content
You keep ownership of the records and media you add. You grant Racinage the technical rights needed to store, display, back up, process, and transmit that content to provide the service. You are responsible for getting appropriate consent, especially for living people and minors.
Orders, reductions, and refunds
Applicable prices, quotes, and reductions are calculated on the server. Recurring plans may be monthly or yearly; the annual amount is charged once. Each payment keeps its price and billing period, while a later renewal uses the current published price. Automatic reductions and codes do not stack; the largest eligible saving applies. Quotes remain valid for seven days. Manual payment proof is reviewed before activation. Refunds reverse related reductions and commissions.
Paid plugins
Plugin subscriptions may be monthly or yearly. A twenty-one-day grace period follows expiration; paid runtime then disables while data and authorized exports remain retained. Publisher-funded reductions require publisher approval and must preserve the displayed financial split.
Affiliate program
Affiliates require approval, must make truthful claims, and must clearly disclose near each endorsement that they may earn commission. Self-referrals, renewals, free purchases, an affiliate own products, and abusive conversions are excluded. Refunds reverse commissions and may create a negative balance offset by future earnings. Versioned affiliate terms supplement these terms.
Optimization and security
Some data related to devices, active sessions, and sometimes location may be collected for optimization and security purposes.
Sharing, APIs, and webhooks
Public links, API keys, and webhooks can expose family data outside the dashboard. Use limited permissions, revoke access that is no longer needed, and review settings before sharing.
Plans, availability, and changes
Features may vary by plan. The hosted version may include a free launch period. We may change, suspend, or remove features for maintenance, security, performance, or product development.
Limitation of liability
Racinage is provided with reasonable care, without a promise that the service will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Fallax Vision is not responsible for indirect losses, data loss caused by misuse, user-authorized public sharing, or third-party services connected by users.
Termination
We may limit or suspend access that violates these terms, harms the service, or creates security risk. You may stop using Racinage at any time and contact contact@racinage.com for account questions.
Wedding Planner creative library
Public content requires review and verifiable content rights. One-time sales use the displayed publisher and Racinage split. Paid-plan access may fund a monthly creator pool after qualified use and a holding period. Refunds, abuse, self-use, and free or demo accounts are excluded. Existing acquired entitlements remain available under their recorded license.
